The ISO 9000 family of certifications addresses quality management and is awarded to companies that fulfill customers’ quality requirements and meet regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and striving for continual improvement of products’ performance. The ISO 9001:2008 certification takes a systematic approach to ensuring a company manufactures products that meet customers’ needs and expectations.
