InFocus corporation are promoting the innate flexibility of their new range of projectors through the stacking feature, which make it perfect for users who require 24/7 fail safe operation, very high brightness (up to 8000 lumens) or 3D passive stereo projection. The IN5120 series projectors have 3 indents on the top of their cabinets, designed to locate with the feet of another, allowing the two to stack securely.
Using the IN5120’s lens shift, the images can be aligned easily and the lenses locked into place. Individual corner correction enables the exact convergence of the two images. The control of both projectors can be synched by connecting a serial cable between them and bty activating the stacking feature in the menus. The projectors will then perform as a single dual lamp projector, controlled on a network through the LAN connector and by all popular systems like Extron, Crestron, AMX or Kramer.
With the broad connection options including USB A and B, HDMI 1.3, VGA, component, S and compositve video, four assignable audio inputs, a mike input, 5 BNC inputs and RS232, the IN5120 series is designed for entensive use at workgroups, training facilities and education.
The IN5122 (XGA, 1024 x 768) and IN5124 (WXGA, 1280 x 800) models are available in the UK with a list price of £1265 + VAT and £1349 + VAT respectively.
