Magenta Research has named Vincent Juchniewicz General Manager. Juchniewicz has a track record of engineering and operations-related service, joining Magenta from the M.H. Rhodes/Cramer Company – a manufacturing firm where he served as VP of operations.
“Vincent’s strengths in multiple disciplines make him a natural fit for our company and a valuable asset for the future,” stated Magenta president John D. Dace.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Juchniewicz holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of the State of New York and an MBA from Virginia Tech. He also trained with Shingijitsu, an original architect of the Toyota Production System, which focuses on lean manufacturing techniques and methodologies.
Juchniewicz is based in Magenta’s New Milford, Connecticut headquarters.
