This is said to be the world’s first software of its type and is designed to save money on print, transport and handling costs of brochures. The software application is focused on creating a paperless environment for viewing, sending and managing PDF brochures. With the Omnitapps Cloud Brochure Selector the location (which could be retail, a tradeshow or information centre) never runs out of brochures and the versions are always up-to-date.
Users can view, select and send the brochures to an email address or print them directly. Users receive a mail with links to the selected PDF’s and can download the PDF’s from the Cloud drive. Network managers can login into an online Content Management System (CMS) account to modify virtual brochure kiosks. With the CMS it is also possible to modify other settings for individual configuration, such as a background image, folder structure, attractor page and a welcome page.
